Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order—but if it’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

🔁 How to Return

You can start a return in two ways:

  • Use our self-service return portal (You must first login)

  • Or, email us at Support@chunknrungolf.com

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed)

  • With tags and packaging

Do not send items back without approval—we won’t be able to process them.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🛍️ Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged?
Email us right away—we’ll fix it.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or product?
The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
